  15. as needed Water

Instructions to make to make Egg curry

  1. Take a pan, add 3 cups water, 1 tsp salt and put 6 eggs in it for boiling.
  2. Once the eggs are done. Take them out in a bowl. And peel off!
  3. Now take a saucepan, put oil in it. Add the ginger garlic paste and green chillies. Saute it!
  4. Then add chopped onions. Fry them till golden brown in colour.
  5. Once onions are done. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, Kasturi methi. Mix it well.
  6. Then add chopped tomatoes to it. Or you can also grind the tomatoes. Simmer the flame. And let the tomatoes cook completely.
  7. Once the oil separates, it means the tomatoes are done.
  8. Add water accordingly. Like the way you need the consistency of the gravy.
  9. Let it come to a boil.
  10. Add the half slit boiled eggs.
  11. Garnish it with cilantro leaves. And serve hot!
