  2. For matar masala In a pressure cooker heat ghee and add cumin seeds. Add asafoetida Now add chopped garlic, ginger and green chilles

  4. Add 1/4 cup water just enough to help in steaming Close the lid and give one whistle only Switch off the gas and let the pressure release
