- Make a tight dough, with wheat flour and water. Take 3 eggs, in a bowl, add coriander leaves, salt, onion red chilli powder, daniya powder, Jeera powder.
- Mix it properly, but don't whisk too much. Keep aside. Take a small portion of dough to roll the roti, after, rolling sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder and 1/2 tsp ghee.
- Now spread it properly. Make a whole in between the roti,and fold in the double sided.
- Now apply ghee, and cut from middle. Now fold the roti and make a ball shape.
- Like this. Now press the dough and add ghee. Again roll it and make a circle roti.
- Heat the tawa, cook the roti...one side fully and other side half cooked. Remove from tawa and keep in plate.
- Again add oil, and pour egg mixture, spread the egg and cook for a minute. Now cover the egg with roti, from the fully cooked side roti. Press it properly, so the roti, properly stick with egg, now cook for a minute.
