  5. Take a few spoon fulls of hot pasta water and temper eggs so they wont scramble in pan.
  6. Add pasta to pan with bacon and grease and mix in egg mixture and coat pasta.
  7. Add pasta water until desired consistency. I added about half a cup but could of used a little bit more.
  8. Add salt to taste and add parsley and extra parmesan to top for garnish and enjoy !!!!
  9. ***NOTE**** this is safe to eat. The hot pasta and pasta water cooks the eggs enough to be edible.
