  1. First, chop your vegetables, meat and shred your cheese. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Next add olive oil, then onions, meat, serrano and bell pepper into the pan. Cook until the onions turn translucent.
  3. Heat a medium sized pan over medium heat. In a bowl, add your eggs and whisk until smooth. Add some oregano, salt & pepper and pour into the pan with some butter.
