  6. Tempura: slice five vegetables: black sliced shitake mushrooms, white cauliflower crown, red sweet pepper slices, green beans, yellow squash slices, ten pieces per person, dip in tempura batter, fry in grapeseed oil at 350F till crispy, drain, serve.
